Reviewer Responsibilities
Professional Conduct
Reviewers are expected to provide objective, balanced, and constructive assessments of submitted manuscripts. Reviews should be based on scholarly judgement rather than personal, ideological, or institutional preferences, and comments should be written clearly and respectfully.
Timeliness
By accepting a review invitation, reviewers agree to complete the review within the agreed timeframe. If a delay becomes unavoidable, they should inform the editorial office as soon as possible so that appropriate steps can be taken.
