The Corpus Intellectual is committed to high standards in scholarly publishing. Editorial decisions are guided by fairness, transparency, academic integrity, and responsible research practice. These policies are intended to ensure that every manuscript is handled carefully and consistently.

Peer Review Process

All submissions go through a double-blind peer review process to protect impartiality. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout review, and each manuscript is assessed by at least two independent experts Editorial decisions take into account:

  • The originality and significance of the research
  • The methodological rigour and clarity of presentation
  • The reviewers’ recommendations
  • The manuscript’s contribution to existing knowledge

Originality and Plagiarism

Manuscripts must be original and should not have been published before or submitted to another journal at the same time. All submissions may be checked with plagiarism-detection software. Where substantial similarity, unattributed material, or other forms of academic misconduct are found, the manuscript may be rejected or returned for correction.

Authorship

Authorship should reflect a genuine and substantial scholarly contribution to the work. All listed authors are expected to:

  • Have participated meaningfully in the study
  • Approve the final version of the manuscript
  • Agree to its submission

Any request to change authorship after submission must be supported by written consent from all co-authorsand approved by the editorial office.

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence their objectivity. Individuals with conflicts of interest are expected to withdraw from the review or decision‑making process to maintain impartiality.

Ethical Considerations

Research involving human participants or animals must comply with recognised ethical standards. Authors must provide an Ethics Statementconfirming:

  • Approval by an accredited ethics committee
  • Informed consent from participants (where applicable)

Manuscripts lacking appropriate ethical documentation may be rejected

If significant errors or inaccuracies are identified after publication, the journal will issue:

Authors are responsible for promptly notifying the editorial office of any post‑publication concerns.
